Zanzibar is reputed to have some of the best diving in the world and the coral reef structures that surround all the island ensure that the marine life is abundant.
Depths of most reefs range between 10m to 20m
Water temperature of 27 degrees Celsius and visibility of 10m to 30m
Diving in Zanzibar isn’t restricted to beginners. Experienced scuba divers can enjoy exciting wall dives. For qualified divers we have a lot of variety available. From the drift dives in the local reefs to the deep dives at Leven Bank and Big Wall.
Best time and season for diving is during March, April and from middle September up to end November.

If you’ve tried diving through a Discover Scuba Diving experience or resort course, the skills you learned may be credited towards a portion of the full PADI Open Water Diver course certification.
